每一次技术革命，必然驱动着人类文明的发展；每一次社会变革，必然驱动着人类历史向前推进；每一次时代更迭，必然催生的新世界。从学会使用火到使用电，从文字到Ai语言，从电脑到区块链，科技驱动着人类社会的发展，让人类文明源远流长。

此时此刻，正是世界从现实社会向虚拟社会转变的临界点，是实体经济向数字化经济发展的临界点，同时也是全球化现实社区向共识社区发展的临界点。在这个科技大发展、经济大变革、社会大融合的临界点，国与国之间、地区与地区之间的科技、文化、经济、政治之间的驱动所带来的影响力是巨大而深远的，这种驱动令所有人、所有事物向前飞速发展，无一例外。

开启于1991年的中国和东盟共同发展的对话，经过30年来的努力，中国与东盟诸国的关系实现了跨越式的发展，取得了令人瞩目的成就。30年来，中国与东盟各国的关系一直引领东亚区域的合作与交流，成为亚太区域合作的典范，更是跨区域驱动发展的典范。为了中国与东盟之间文化艺术交流得到更为广阔而迅速的发展，借助区块链、AI、VR、Web3.0~5.0等技术，通过集中展示中国及东盟各国艺术家的NFT加密艺术作品，以艺术为核心、以科技为驱动进一步促进中国与东盟之间的交流与合作，中国-东盟艺术双年展创始人罗荃与Ai土著原驻民艺术家Stone Free平行宇宙赋能者，《酷兔》《熊猫人》《金蟾》《区块链艺术宣言》等NFT主理人尹天石共同发起并策划实施这次活动，旨在中国及东盟诸国发现更多更新锐的艺术家和优秀的NFT加密艺术作品，开启并驱动中国-东盟区域性国际数字艺术交流平台。

Every technological revolution inevitably drives the development of human civilization; every social change inevitably drives human history forward; every change of era inevitably gives rise to new worlds. From learning to use fire to using electricity, from writing to Ai language, from computers to blockchain, technology has driven the development of human society and allowed human civilization to grow from strength to strength.

This is the moment when the world is at a tipping point in its transformation from a real to a virtual society, a tipping point in the development of a real economy to a digital economy, and a tipping point in the development of a globalized reality community to a consensus community. At this tipping point of great technological development, economic change, and social integration, the impact of the technological, cultural, economic, and political drive between countries and regions is immense and far-reaching, a drive that sends everyone and everything forward in leaps and bounds, without exception.

The dialogue between China and ASEAN, which began in 1991, has made remarkable progress over the past 30 years, with China’s relations with the ASEAN countries leading the way in cooperation and exchange in East Asia and becoming a model for regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a model for cross-regional development. In order to achieve a broader and rapid development of cultural and artistic exchanges between China and ASEAN, and to further promote exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN by focusing on NFT encrypted artworks by artists from China and ASEAN countries through the display of blockchain, AI, VR, Web 3.0~5.0 and other technologies, with art as the core and technology as the driver, Luo Quan, the founder of China-ASEAN Art Biennale and Ai indigenous original resident artist Stone Free parallel universe enabler, “Cool Rabbit”, “Panda Man”, “Golden Toad”, “Blockchain Art Manifesto” and other NFT mastermind Yin Tian Shi jointly initiated and planned the implementation of this event, aiming to discover more and more emerging artists and excellent NFT encrypted artworks in China and ASEAN countries, and open and drive the China-ASEAN regional international digital art exchange platform The event aims to discover more emerging artists and outstanding works of art in China and ASEAN countries, and to open and drive a regional international digital art exchange platform between China and ASEAN.

• 1-3 headshots of the artist (HD version)

• 100-300 word artist profile

• A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 100 works from the artist’s NFT series (in HD)
